Palm Drive Hospital, established in 1941 to serve West Sonoma County, has enjoyed the dedicated and enthusiastic support of our public since it became community-owned in 1999.  Since that time, our Hospital has continued to provide local Emergency Room, acute care, and physician services because of the community’s support, for which we are very grateful. 

However, like many hospitals throughout California, we are affected by the fact that the cost of providing healthcare has grown dramatically in the last several years.  These funding challenges mean that many district hospitals must seek community support at new levels to protect our services.
