Physician Referral
Our experienced therapy staff works with your doctor to help you reach your rehabilitation goals.  Our Center’s physical therapy, occupational therapy, and hand therapy services help restore and improve muscle and skeletal function for a wide range of challenges, including joint and muscle injuries, fractures, strains and sprains, and post-operative rehabilitation. 

Gym Membership
Maintain your physical fitness through regular workouts under the direction of a therapy specialist. Memberships are available by the month or year, no referral needed.  Includes an initial planning session, instruction on fitness machines, regular review of your fitness program, a body fat analysis every three months, and  free access to all wellness classes.

Wellness Classes
Choose from affordable classes for better health, injury prevention, strength and range of motion, and fitness.
